DANDI-BEER

A lively, foraged‑inspired spin on the classic mule. Floral Dandelion Wine brings soft herbal sweetness, layered with the spicy kick of ginger beer. Bright fresh lime adds crisp acidity, while a touch of orange bitters ties everything together with subtle citrus warmth. Ingredients

  • 4 oz Dandelion Wine
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime
  • 2-3 dashes of orange bitters
  • Ice
  • Orange slice or twist (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Dandelion Wine.
  3. Add the Ginger Beer. (Optional – if the Ginger beer is too spicy – substitute 2 ounces of the Ginger Beer with Tonic Water)
  4. Add fresh lime and 2-3 dashes of orange bitters.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
