Marquette Reserve

Marquette Reserve ’23 opens with a rich garnet hue and inviting aromas of cherry, cocoa powder, and hints of cigar box and earth. On the palate, it’s smooth and lush, with velvety tannins and a soft mouthfeel. Cherry and vanilla flavors shine, balanced beautifully by refreshing acidity. The finish is long, complex, and warming, making this an especially satisfying sip.
This wine was aged almost 2 years in barrels that were almost entirely neutral, meaning they do not impart any oak character.  We also made the decision not to add oak staves to the neutral barrels, making this wine a minimal oak influenced wine compared to 2022.
