Apfel-Tini

Made with our Apfelwein, Oktoberfest, and Dandelion Wines, the result is a cocktail that dances between sweet, tart, and earthy—perfect for sipping under harvest moonlight or during a cozy fireside gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Apfelwein
- 2 oz. Dandelion Wine
- 2 oz. Oktoberfest Wine
- 2 oz. Tonic Water
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- a few dashes of bitters
Directions
- Fill martini shaker with ice
- Add wines, lemon juice and bitters.
- Shake until well blended and chilled
- Top with tonic, and stir
- Serve in your favorite martini glass
- Garnish with apple wedge or lemon wheel if desired
