- Paired with our Brianna – Dry White Wine
3rd Course
- Apple Hickory Pork Sliders
- Paired with our Calico Red – Semi Sweet Red Wine
4th Course
- Sopapilla Cheesecake – A cinnamon and sugar cheesecake, wrapped in a flaky pastry.
