April Production Tour – Wine Chemistry

Join us on Saturday, April 11th at 11:00 a.m. for a behind-the-scenes production tour all about wine chemistry.

New for 2026, each monthly production tour features a special theme, offering an even deeper look into the winemaking process. To celebrate our second wine club pick-up weekend of the year, we’re talking all things wine chemistry. Learn all about how different temperatures can affect the wine production process, what chemicals are important for different types of wines, and more!

Your experience will be led by our Assistant Winemaker, Mark, who will guide you through our facility, pour samples straight from the tank, and answer all your burning questions about Fireside’s production process.

Tours run approximately 60–90 minutes.
Tickets are $10 per person and FREE for Wine Club Members.

Special to this Production Tour, we have an exclusive Wine Temperature Tasting available after our tour beginning at 2pm. This experience will show deeper into the temperature side of wine creation with differing samples of Fireside wines at varying temperatures. Cheese and crackers are included with your ticket as a palate cleanser.

Tickets for this experience are $20/person for Non-Club Members and $15/person for Club Members!
