Made with free-run Marquette, this is our most social sparkling. The festive color is accompanied by flavors of dry cherry soda. Try it mixed with Serenade to make it a little sweeter!

The best fruit was lightly pressed immediately after harvest and fermented in stainless to create the base wine that is low in alcohol (around 10%). Wine was bottled the early summer of 2018 and capped in sparkling bottles with sugar and yeast and the secondary fermentation occurred. The wine was laid down to age, and a tasting was done in the summer of 2019 to determine the dosage required. After some trial and error, the wine was disgorged and bottled in October of 2019.
